You must count the number of teeth on the gear that fits on the motor shaft and order the correct adaptor kit and motor below.
Important! The above winch drives run clockwise only as viewed on top of the winch. When wiring up test to ensure the polarity is correct. New motor terminals may vary from old installation. Use "Loctite" screw locking compound or similar on all screws. After installation and testing of your new motor, protect with a coating ofCRC "Softseal" or similar and check regularly

Important! While motor is disconnected, check brake operation by applying DC power to brake terminals. When power is applied, it should be possible to turn the winch using a large bladed screwdriver. If brake does not release, it may need servicing. Remember when installing new motor, to wire in brake across motor terminals. Direction of motor rotation may be changed by switching main terminals from side to side.Use “Loctite” screw locking compound or similar on all screws.
